Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the NHCA 2020 Fall Seminar will be offered as a hybrid seminar. As such participants have the option to attend in-person OR online. When registering, please be sure to select how you plan to attend.

All appropriate social distancing and preventative measures will be in place as per New Hampshire state guidelines. Face-covering are required.
Online: Zoom platform. Invitation link will be emailed to participants approximately 30 minutes prior to each day’s scheduled lecture.

Part 1: Dr. Bill Moreau on 10/17/2020 – Provide Doctors of Chiropractic with current
information and practical skills relating to evaluation and management of sports-related
concussion, including chiropractic care
Part 2: Dr. John Lockenour on 10/18/2020 – Provide Doctors of Chiropractic with current
information on the importance of including rehab in chiropractic care, and provide
practical skills for utilizing specific procedures in the office.

Method of Attendance
In-person attendees: Sign-in and out each day upon arrival/departure at the seminar.
Online attendees: in addition to cross-referencing everyone in the zoom meeting with registrations, the NHCA will ensure participation by announcing a word each hour. At the end of each day, the words will create a sentence and participants must submit this sentence via email.
As a benefit of attending this seminar, NCMIC is offering a discount for three years on the renewal of your NCMIC malpractice insurance premium. Full-time doctors will receive 5% discount and Part-time doctors will receive a 2.5% discount. This perk is only available to those attending 12 hours of the seminar (two days).
If the NHCA Fall Seminar 2020 is canceled, your order will be refunded in full. Your order cost will be refunded to your original payment method within four weeks of the event officially being canceled. There is no need to reach out to us in this instance; we will send you an email when your event refund is being processed.
Cancellation requests prior to October 9, 2020 will be accepted with full refund being given.
Cancellation requests received between October 10, 2020 – October 16, 2020 will be refunded 50% of the enrollment fee. Cancellation requests after October 16, 2020 will be denied. If purchase of NHCA Fall Seminar 2020 is made and participant does not attend, there will be no refund. Refunds requests must be emailed to [email protected]
